The National Weather Service conducted a damage survey in Morrow county after the storm on May 11th. An EF0 tornado touched down just southeast of Marengo. The damage survey indicated the tornado touch down was near the intersection of County Road 212 and Webb Road. The tornado tracked east-northeast and lifted near the intersection of Township Roads 208 and 211. Approximately 5 homes sustained damage, with the most receiving minor damage. Many trees and limbs were downed along the damage path.

After a National Weather Service survey, damage in Sandusky county was determined to be that of and EF0 tornado. The tornado touched down southeast of Fremont and was just north of the intersection of Buchanan Road and McGormley Road. The tornado lifted east of Fremont near the intersection of Beeler Road and Flora Road. Intermittent damage occurred along the path mainly to barns and trees.
