NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

THE CLEVELAND AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR NOVEMBER WAS 47.7 DEGREES
WHICH BECAME THE 6TH WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD.

FOR AKRON CANTON THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE OF 45.8 DEGREES 
FOR NOVEMBER WENT INTO THE RECORD BOOKS AS THE 7TH WARMEST 
NOVEMBER. SNOWFALL FOR AKRON CANTON FOR NOVEMBER TOTAL OF A 
TRACE AND WAS ADDED TO THE LIST OF PREVIOUS YEARS OF JUST HAVING 
A TRACE WHICH ARE...2001...1998...1985...1962...1915...1907.

THE TOLEDO AVERAGE NOVEMBER MONTLY TEMPERATURE WAS 45.0 DEGREES 
WHICH WAS THE 10TH WARMEST ON RECORD. IT WAS ALSO THE 5TH DRIEST 
NOVEMBER WITH 0.67 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION. THE MONTHLY SNOWFALL 
TOTAL OF A TRACE WAS ADDED TO LONG LIST OF NOVEMBERS OF HAVING 
JUST A TRACE OF SNOW WHICH INCLUDES...THE YEARS OF 2006...1999... 
1994...1990...1963...1962...1957...1948...1946...1944...1939...
1934...1923...1918...1909...1907...1899.

THE MANSFIELD AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR NOVEMBER WAS 45.2 DEGREES 
WHICH TIED WITH THE 4TH WARMEST NOVEMBER SET IN 1985. IT WAS ALSO
THE 6TH DRIEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD AT MANSFIELD WITH 0.87 INCHES 
OF PRECIPITATION AND REPLACES THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 0.94 INCHES 
SET 1943. THERE WAS A TRACE OF SNOWFALL FOR THE MONTH WHICH WAS 
ADDED TO THE LIST OF PAST NOVEMBERS HAVING A TRACE OF SNOW WHICH 
ARE...2007...1994...1990...1985...1965...1962...1957...1944... 
AND 1939.

YOUNGSTOWN HAD ITS 3RD WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD WITH 46.5 
DEGREES. PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 0.92 INCHES...MAKING IT 
THE 6TH DRIEST ON RECORD AND REPLACES THE RECORD OF 0.94 INCHES 
SET IN 1976. THE SNOWFALL TOTAL WAS 0.2 INCHES WHICH IS THE 
6TH LEAST SNOWIEST.

FOR ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA THE AVERAGE NOVEMBER TEMPERATURE WAS 46.5
DEGREES MAKING IT THE 5TH WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD AND TIEING
THE RECORDS SET IN 2003 AND 1985. THE PRECIPITATION TOTAL OF
1.35 INCHES WAS THE 5TH DRIEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD AND REPLACED 
THE RECORD 1.48 INCHES SET IN 1924. THE SNOWFALL TOTAL
OF A TRACE WAS ALSO ADDED TO THE OTHER NOVEMBERS HAVING A TRACE
WHICH INCLUDED THE YEARS OF 2001...1987...1948...1939 AND 1899.
