Flooding Possible due to Rain and Snowmelt

A Flood Watch is in effect from 8 AM Sunday through Midnight Tuesday. Widespread rainfall, between 0.5 and 1 inch, and excessive runoff from snowmelt, between 1 and 2.5+ inches, may result in minor to isolated moderate flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
