Flooding Concerns for Northern Rockies and Montana; Fire Weather Alerts for Plains and Guam

The atmospheric river event will be diminishing today across the Pacific Northwest and northern Rockies. However, flooding concerns continue through today alongside gusty winds. These winds and drier conditions will favor an increase Fire Weather concerns for portions of the Plains and the island of Guam.
