Severe Weather and Excessive Rain over the South; Strong Pacific Storm to Impact Hawaii

A storm system will produce severe thunderstorms over the Lower Mississippi River Valley, and heavy to excessive rainfall from the Southern Plains through the Ohio River Valley.
