Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain in the Southern Plains; Heavy Rain in the Pacific Northwest

A storm system will continue to bring isolated severe thunderstorms and heavy rain in the southern High Plains and heavy snow in the high elevations of the central Rockies.
