Heads up if going to the beach or out on the waters over the next few days! High surf and high seas will make for some treacherous conditions. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water! Strong Rip currents expected as well.
A weather system will bring the chance of light rain to Southern California, most likely Tuesday afternoon through the night on Christmas Eve. Stay safe on the roads!
Near normal for the coasts. 5 to 15 degrees above normal inland. For the coastal areas: 62 to 68, western valleys and inland Orange County: 66 to 71, inland valleys: 68 to 73, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 57 to 65, high desert: 68 to 72, low desert: 74 to 78.
