A few degrees cooler than Tuesday for the mountains and lower deserts with not much change elsewhere. High temperatures for today for the coastal areas: 58 to 61, western valleys and inland Orange County: 58 to 65, inland valleys: 51 to 63, mountains between 4000 feet and 7000 feet: 37 to 48, high desert: 54 to 59, low desert: 64 to 72.
Occasional periods of showers into Thursday with the greatest coverage and amounts over the mountains.
Intermittent light showers will continue throughout the day for foothill communities in San Diego County, then extending out to San Diego County coast inland valleys and San Bernardino County foothills tonight through Wednesday night. Thursday looks like there will be isolated showers; some areas will get as little a a trace and others may get up to 0.20” if a moderate shower passes through.
