As a public service, the National Weather Service in Raleigh will redistribute Air Quality Forecasts produced by the North Carolina Division of Air Quality and the Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Department. The Raleigh National Weather Service office will transmit the Air Quality Forecasts as a Text Product (AEUS72 KRAH or RDUAQIRAH) through the NOAA Weather Wire, on our Web Site and on NOAA Weather Radio.
The Air Quality Forecasts for the Triangle, Fayetteville, and Rocky Mount areas are provided by the North Carolina Division of Air Quality. Air quality forecasts for the Triad area are provided By the Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Department.
