A few strong to severe storms are possible tonight into early tomorrow morning. We have medium confidence in damaging winds gusts and locally heavy rainfall and flooding. We have low confidence in a few tornadoes. We have the lowest confidence in the threat for hail. Rainfall amounts of 2-3" with higher amounts up to 6" could lead to localized flooding overnight. Please do not drive around barricades or over flooded roadways!

Showers and storms will overspread the area Saturday evening and into the early morning hours Sunday. Strong to severe storms are expected, with damaging winds and heavy rainfall likely. We have lower confidence in tornadoes, flooding, and hail threats with this event. Rainfall will end from West to East by Sunday afternoon, with a cloudy and mild Monday expected across the area. The next rain chance returns Tuesday, and then afterwards, temperatures take a tumble from in the 60s to start the week down into the middle 40s by Thursday. Morning lows tumble as well, starting in the 40s/50s Sunday/Monday and falling into the middle 20s by Thursday morning later this week.
