...Summary...
The National Weather Service in Cleveland OH has confirmed a
tornado one mile west of Steuben in Huron County Ohio on November
5, 2017.

A tornado touched down south of State Route 162, west of Steuben.
The tornado moved north and damaged a pair of grain silos. The
south side of each silo was severely bent inward, while the top of
each silo was damage on the north side. Towers propped on top of
the silos were toppled in different directions. A large truck
located next to the silos was toppled over towards the west and
landed on a trailer. The tornado crossed State Route 162 and
damaged a home and a barn. Roofing material and tree branches from
the property were scattered about with material found in the south
side of the house, close to State Route 162. The tornado continued
northeast where it damaged a small grain storage container. The
container was displaced and rolled several yards towards Peru
Center Road.
