The National Weather Service in Cleveland OH has confirmed a
tornado in Millcreek Township and City of Erie in Erie County
Pennsylvania on November 5 2017.
The storm initially produced straightline wind damage with wind
estimates around 80 mph along Wellington Road in Millcreek. A
tornado from this storm system initially touched down near the
Sterrettania Road as an EF0.
The tornado caused damages to a few homes and a shopping plaza as
well as uprooted several trees along Legion Road.
Just before reaching Interstate 79 the storm increased to EF1
intensity and widened to a width of around 100 yards damaging
businesses.
The storm ended at Greengarden Boulevard as an EF0. Minor tree damage
on the NASA south end of the property.
