Well above normal temperatures will create minor to moderate HeatRisk inland. For the coastal areas: 72 to 84, western valleys and inland Orange County: 84 to 91, inland valleys: 88 to 97, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 76 to 85, high desert: 91 to 96, low desert: 102 to 105.

Expecting moderate HeatRisk for some inland areas Wednesday and Thursday. Moderate HeatRisk affects most individuals sensitive to heat. Reduce time in the sun, stay hydrated, move outdoor activities to the morning/night, wear lightweight clothing, etc.
Widespread wind gusts around 30-40 mph each afternoon and evening across the mountains and deserts. Isolated gusts exceeding 50 mph through mountain passes.
