A Red Flag Warning has been issued for eastern and southern Lake County (Fire Zones 418, 419 and 420, shown on the map) from 10 PM Thursday to 11AM Friday October 16. This warning includes the following locations: Lake Pillsbury, the City of Clearlake, Middletown, Lower Lake, Indian Valley Reservoir, Mount Konocti, Cobb, and other areas of Lake county shaded in the pink. Gusty northeasterly winds are forecast during this time period along with poor overnight relative humidity recoveries and low daytime relative humidities. Any fires that may develop will likely spread rapidly.
