* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis County. This includes the
  Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Strong east to northeast winds with gusts of 40 to 50 mph
possible for the Twin Ports and North Shore where a Wind Advisory
is in effect.

A Winter Weather Advisory for Cook County is also in
effect for tonight as freezing rain could lead to ice
accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch across the higher
terrain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Winter weather Advisory remains in effect through the morning
hours on Monday for Cook County. The Wind Advisory also runs
through the afternoon hours.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or
tonight. Rainfall amounts from spotters and the public are
encouraged.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Showers and thunderstorms continue this afternoon. A few strong to
severe storms may occur this afternoon into mid evening with the
highest chances western into southern Iowa. There remains
considerable uncertainty in whether any storms will become severe
but if a severe storm does occur, the primary threat is large
hail with secondary threats of damaging wind gusts or perhaps a
few tornadoes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Thunderstorms return to the forecast Tuesday through the end of
the week. Severe storms will once again be possible on Tuesday
afternoon into evening with the severe weather threat for the rest
of the week better evaluated in the coming days.

Spotters may be needed at times this afternoon into mid evening.

the area today and tonight. Severe weather is not expected, but
pockets of moderate to heavy rainfall could produce rain amounts in
excess of an inch.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Tuesday. If stronger
storms develop, isolated large hail would be the primary threat.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa and northeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Periods of showers and scattered thunderstorms will develop across
the area today, diminishing tonight. The risk of severe weather is
low, but a stronger storm may be capable of producing hail up to
quarter size during the late afternoon or evening. This threat is
focused in areas toward Ida Grove to Storm Lake.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected Tuesday as a cool front moves
through the area. A few strong to severe storms are possible, with a
Level 2 of 5 risk for severe weather. Large hail would be the primary
threat, though isolated damaging winds or a brief tornado are also
possible.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
